Jack’s Happenings – January 2025 E-newsletter

As we begin 2025, we want to honor the incredible boy

who inspired our journey—Jack Ready!

Diagnosed with a brain tumor at a very young age, Jack faced challenges that required special equipment and support to communicate, eat, and play like other children. Through Jack’s journey, the Ready family witnessed firsthand the unexpected financial hardships faced by families of children with cancer and other special needs. Jack’s courageous three-year battle with cancer ended in 2004, but his legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched. Out of a deep desire to support families in similar situations—and fueled by the generosity of a compassionate community—Jack’s Helping Hand was born.

We are honored to carry forward Jack’s legacy by reaching children like him and their families. This year, we’re excited to continue sharing their stories with you. Together, we’ll keep making a difference
