Jack’s Toy Box

Jack’s Helping Hand has partnered with the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education (SLOCOE) to provide children who are experiencing developmental delays, hearing loss, or have identified disabilities the toys they need to grow and develop.

Through the SLOCOE Early Intervention Program, a home visit teacher or specialist will provide a box of toys to each family. The toys will be tailored to the child’s developmental age and are meant to be educational as well as fun, helping the child learn while they play.

Each box includes five fun toys, five board books, a work/play station, and an instructional binder showing how to use the toys. Families can receive a new box with different toys as their child reaches new developmental milestones.

For more information on Jack’s Toy Box, or to donate gently used toys, please email jhh@jackshelpinghand.org.
